What data we collect
We collect only the data you provide voluntarily through the contact form: name, e-mail, phone or WhatsApp, company and the content of your message.
We also record technical browsing data required for the site to work, such as IP address and device type, for security and fraud prevention.

Contact messages are kept for the period necessary to handle the enquiry and record the commercial relationship, observing applicable legal retention periods. After that, they are deleted or anonymised.

You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation, portability, deletion of data processed with consent and information about sharing, under Article 18 of the LGPD.
